He has been in the healthcare field since the year 2000, he completed Master Degree in Healthcare Management from Royal college of Surgeons in Ireland back in 2012, and Certified Professional Healthcare Quality, currently working as Nurse Supervisor in Adult Hematology Oncology Complex at Dubai Hospital, During his career journey he actively participated in preparing the hospital for many local and international accreditations, chairing the Patient Centered Care JCI chapter at Dubai Hospital, developed locally accredited training programs to prepare the staff to safely handle and manage Hazardous Drugs, in addition; he initiate staff Medical Screening Program for the Nursing staff handling HDs at Dubai Hospital.
